Fee Inclusions
Full Symposium Registration: SS22 is a fully catered conference. Full symposium registration includes all symposium sessions, morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas during the four days of the symposium and one ticket to the Symposium Welcome Function (day one) and one ticket to the Symposium Evening Reception (day two). (Symposium dinner is additional).
One Day Registration: includes all symposium sessions for that day, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. It does not include entry to social events. Tickets to these events can be purchased separately on registration.
Post Graduate Student Registration: Limited spaces available to full time students only. A scan of your Student ID will be required to process your registration. Your Student ID card must still be current at the time of the symposium. You may need to provide an update of your student status (for NZ/Australia students) and/or additional information, to ensure this. Student registration includes all symposium sessions, morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas during the symposium and one ticket to the Symposium Welcome Function and Symposium Evening Reception. (Symposium dinner is additional).

Delegate Registration Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations are subject to a $115.00 cancellation fee. If payment has not been made, the administration fee will be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm, Thursday 10 May 2018. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted, but should be notified in writing to Paardekooper and Associates.

One ticket to the Evening Reception is included in the full conference registration fee. Additional tickets can be purchased by one-day delegates, friends, family members or colleagues for NZD$75.00.
SS22 Dinner
Venue: Auckland War Memorial Museum - Event Centre, Auckland Domain
Date: Friday 29 June 2018
Time: 7:30pm - late
The spectacular symposium dinner venue, on the top floor of the Auckland Museum overlooking Auckland city, can only accommodate half the expected delegate numbers, so tickets are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The dinner ticket includes pre-dinner drinks, a meal, a limited bar tab (wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages) and entertainment. A cash bar will also be available.
The cost to attend the SS22 Dinner is not included in the registration fee. Tickets can be purchased during registration. You can also purchase additional tickets for friends, family or colleagues.
